Viroqua Triathlon! - Saturday, July 14, 2012
The 2012 Viroqua Sprint Triathlon will take place Saturday, July 14; beginner and experienced triathletes will take on a ¼ mile indoor swim at Bigley pool, a 17-mile bike ride combining rolling hills with challenging climbs, and a 5K road and trail run. Registration is available online, or you can print out a registration form and mail it to: (Vernon Trails information) All participants receive a costume jersey from MT Borah, goodie bags, and awards to the top finishers in each division.
Viroqua is a rural Wisconsin community located 25 miles south of La Crosse offering the very best in silent sports opportunities. The Viroqua Triathlon provides an opportunity for people to come and to enjoy the rivers, parks, and unique landscape of the region. Bring your fly rod and test your skills against the many trout streams, after you’ve completed the Triathlon!
